Leatherface Potpie

Homemade Chicken Pot Pie is the ultimate comfort food. Recently I found a recipe in the "Ultimate Halloween" edition of Taste of Home magazine. At first it seemed more difficult than I wanted to tackle, but after a quick trip to Stop & Shop and about an hour and a half of boiling, rolling, and baking- Leatherface was born! And he was Super delicious!

"You Only Live Once" has become a commonly used expression... but how many of us really live our lives as if this moment might be the last? Friends for the past decade, Jasmine and Christina truly embrace the concept of living "out loud" and chasing new experiences.

Two friends living on opposite ends of the east coast with one goal... to experience 365 new things in one year (collectively). Some of the adventures will be shared and others will be completed alone. The only rules: 1.) it must be a "new" experience for that person, and 2.) it must take place between August 1, 2012 and July 31, 2013. That's it!

The practice of trying new things has become part of who they are, and having an account of the journey is a great motivator. We invite you to follow along the adventure! Feel free to suggest new ideas or even tag along on some of the planned shenanigans!
