Lake Martin

It's such a beautiful day that on our drive back, Denver and I decided to experience something new outdoors. So we took little detour to Lake Martin. What a beautiful oasis of nature. Apparently it's THE spot to see gators. The wildlife out there is incredible plus I saw kayaks for rent!! Score! Looks like I will be back! - Christina

"You Only Live Once" has become a commonly used expression... but how many of us really live our lives as if this moment might be the last? Friends for the past decade, Jasmine and Christina truly embrace the concept of living "out loud" and chasing new experiences.

Two friends living on opposite ends of the east coast with one goal... to experience 365 new things in one year (collectively). Some of the adventures will be shared and others will be completed alone. The only rules: 1.) it must be a "new" experience for that person, and 2.) it must take place between August 1, 2012 and July 31, 2013. That's it!

The practice of trying new things has become part of who they are, and having an account of the journey is a great motivator. We invite you to follow along the adventure! Feel free to suggest new ideas or even tag along on some of the planned shenanigans!
